Delete my account
You can delete your Dominoverse account and everything on it at any time. Deleting is for good: it cannot be undone.
In the game
- Open Dominoverse and tap Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete for good.
Your name, stats, game history, leaderboard places and cosmetics are removed at once, and the sign-ins linked to the account (Google, Facebook, Apple or email) no longer open it.
Playing as a guest? You can delete a guest account the same way. Or just delete the app: guest stats live on this device only, so once the app is gone nobody can open that account again. To also remove its data from our servers, delete it in the game first.
Without the game
Email support@dominoverse.com from the email address you signed in with (or the one on your Google, Facebook or Apple account) and ask us to delete your account. Tell us your display name so we find the right one. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
If you signed in with Facebook
The same steps delete everything Dominoverse received from Facebook: the account id Facebook gave our game and your public profile name. You can also remove Dominoverse from your Facebook settings under Apps and websites; to delete the game account itself, use one of the ways above.
What is kept after deleting
Online-game check records that disagreed with other players’ records are kept for up to 90 days with account ids in hashed form, then deleted. Nothing else is kept. See the privacy page for the details.
